  Met with the director on Monday and he told us what was needed for the obit and other printed materials. Rushed back to scan photos and my sister tearfully wrote our bother's obit. We turned it in on time, Tuesday morning (daily paper has 6pm deadline) but still not in print on Wednesday. Visitation is Thursday and funeral on Friday, so it's going to be a short notice to let other know.
  
  Hours are supposed to be 8:30am, but calls after that time are still reaching answering service, and requests to have calls returned have yielded no such action.

  Heritage Funeral Home handled my wife's arrangements in a professional and courteous manner. Rachel Dwyer did an outstanding job. She was caring and compassionate. She offered ample choices on different kinds of funeral arrangements and had a wealth of knowledge. The visitation and graveside service were exactly the kind of send off my wife would have wanted. She made a difficult process much easier for myself and my family. The costs were very reasonable and they earned every penny. They were simply superb.

  Heritage took care of my mother's arrangements and did an outstanding job! At all times, the folks here showed compassion and caring. There was never a phony moment. One nice touch was the quilt they put over Mother when they took the body out. Not just a stark white sheet, but a pretty quilt. They also helped by coming to me to get paperwork done and delivering my mother's ashes. All above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend this place.

  Great Prices!!! Heritage Funeral Home provides the best of funeral and cremation services. Their new manager Rachel Dwyer is outstanding. She really cares and provides excellent communication. They have one of the largest chapels in Central Texas. You can have a beautiful wedding in this funeral home.
